  • The 2017 Take Shape For Life National Convention (the “Event”) is organized by Take Shape For Life®, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual. If access is denied to the Event by Take Shape For Life® for any reason, Take Shape For Life® will promptly refund the unused amount of the ticket.

  • You must be 18 years old or older to register for the Event.

  • ONE DAY ONLY PRICING ‐ July 23rd, 2016
    • Special one day only Event registration pricing will be:
      • $250 Individual Health Coach, Client or Guest; and
      • $425 Health Coach & Co‐Applicant
    • There are NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS accepted for any registrations made this day. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • Transfers will be accepted until June 1st, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PST*.
    • One day only pricing will be extended to newly activated Health Coaches (i.e., individuals who purchase a Business Kit for the first time) sixty (60) days from the date of purchasing their Business Kit.
      • For example, if an individual purchases a Business Kit on August 1st, 2016, that newly activated Health Coach will receive the aforementioned “one day only” Event registration pricing ($250 for the Individual Health Coach and $425 for the Health Coach & Co‐Applicant) until September 30th, 2016.

  • NEW! ‐ CLIENT & GUEST PRICING ‐ Beginning April 7th, 2017:
    • Special Event registration pricing:
      • $250 for Individual Clients; and
      • $250 for Individual Guests.
    • This rate is retroactive and will apply to Clients and Guests who have already registered for National Convention at a higher rate. Previously registered Clients and Guests will be refunded the difference in registration price (only if the Client or Guest paid more than $250 at the time of registration) within 2 ‐ 3 business days from the date that the Client & Guest Pricing promotion was launched.
    • Clients will be required to enter their Client ID No. when registering.
    • The current Cancellation/Refund Policy for Standard Registrations applies to Clients and Guests who register at the promotional rate of $250.
    • Client and Guest registrations can only be transferred to another Client or Guest; Client/Guest registrations cannot be transferred to a Health Coach. Transfer fees apply.


  • EVENT REGISTRATION PRICING ‐ Beginning April 18th, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. PST:
    • Event Registration pricing will be:
      • $250 Client or Guest
      • $350 Individual Health Coach
      • $635 Health Coach & Co‐Applicant

  • CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR STANDARD REGISTRATION:
    • There will be no charge for refunds/cancellations made through May 14th, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
    • Beginning May 15th, 2017, there will be a 50% cancellation fee for Individual Health Coach, Client or Guest registrations as well as Health Coach & Co‐Applicant registrations.
    • Beginning June 15th, 2017, no refunds will be given for cancellations.
    • “No Shows” will be deemed a cancellation per the cancellation cutoff date listed above and will not be given a refund.

    NOTE: Event registration prices are subject to change at Take Shape For Life's discretion and will increase beginning in April 2017 and will continue to increase as the date of the Event gets closer. These price increases may be communicated via Coach Connection or any other method that Take Shape For Life deems appropriate.


  • TRANSFERS POLICY:
    • All registration transfer requests must be received in writing by June 1st, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PST*.
    • All transfers will be assessed a transfer fee. The transfer fee will equal the difference between the current price of the registration and the price originally paid for the registration:
      • For example, if a person purchases an Individual Health Coach, Client or Guest registration on July 23rd, 2016 for $250 and then wants to transfer it to another person on October 1st, 2016, and the Individual Health Coach, Client or Guest registration price is $325 ‐ the transfer fee would be $75 ($325 minus $250)*.
        *Registration prices are subject to change and will continue to increase as the date of the Event gets closer.
    • If a person wants to transfer an Individual Health Coach, Client or Guest registration to a Health Coach & Co‐Applicant registration, the transfer fee is calculated the same as above:
      • For example, if a person purchases an Individual Health Coach, Client or Guest registration on July 23rd, 2016 for $250 and wants to transfer it to another person on October 1st, 2016 but also wants to upgrade to a Health Coach & Co‐Applicant registration which now costs $560, the transfer fee would be $310 ($560 ‐ $250)*.
        *Registration prices are subject to change and will continue to increase as the date of the Event gets closer.
    • A Health Coach & Co‐Applicant registration cannot be transferred and downgraded to an Individual Health Coach, Client or Guest registration.
    • The transfer fee will be charged to the credit card on file with the original registration and must be paid in full at time of the transfer request.
    • The transfer request must be made by the original registrant. Take Shape For Life® reserves the right to request verification of requestor's identity.

D‐Link: Use D‐Link to explore Dallas' arts, fun, culture and dining. Check out the Dallas Arts District and much more across downtown Dallas and historic Oak Cliff! Buses run every 15 minutes, 11 a.m. ‐ 11:30 p.m., Monday‐Saturday. Service provided by DART, Downtown Dallas, Inc. and the City of Dallas.

Dallas Arts District: The Dallas Arts District is nation's largest urban arts district and home to a variety of festivals, performances, museums and local arts organizations. The Dallas Museum of Art currently offers free general admission.

The Ann & Gabriel Barbier‐Mueller Museum: The Ann & Gabriel Barbier‐Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection brings ten centuries of craftsmanship as one of the world's only museums dedicated to samurai art with suits of armor, helmets, masks, and weaponry. What makes this fine collection of Japanese armor a Dallas must‐see is its location of the museum sitting in a historic 1920's elementary school building, now transformed into a museum and Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar.

Dallas Farmers Market: Go for a stroll and take in the delicious sights of the Dallas Farmers Market where local farmers display mouth‐watering fruits and vegetables and on occasion offer free samples.


Can't Miss Dallas Attractions

Dallas World Aquarium: The adventure at The Dallas World Aquarium begins at the top of the rainforest exhibit, where exotic birds, such as Cocks‐of‐the‐rock and many species of toucans, can be seen. Lounging around are Two‐toed and Three‐toed sloths. Endangered animals, such as Orinoco crocodiles, Giant river otters, Antillean manatees and several species of monkeys are part of the many conservation projects. The aquarium portion displays interesting marine life, including Japanese crabs, jellyfish, Leafy, Weedy and Ribbon sea dragons. Black‐footed and Blue penguins can be seen swimming as guests enjoy the outdoor South Africa exhibit. Sharks, rays and sawfish are only a few of the fish living in the Mundo Maya cenote. Safe from Neotropical eagles, are euphonias, tanagers and hummingbirds. Reptiles and amphibians, both of significance to the Maya culture, can be seen throughout the exhibit Open 7 days a week: 9:00 a .m. ‐ 5:00 p.m.

Irving Arts Center: The performing and fine arts community in Irving welcomed a new home in 1990 with the completion of the Irving Arts Center. The Arts Center's 10‐acre complex is nestled in the heart of Dallas‐Fort Worth, featuring two fully‐equipped theaters; four galleries; meeting, classroom, reception and rehearsal facilities; and a verdant sculpture garden. The Arts Center ‐ a department of the City of Irving ‐ was designed to accommodate a wide range of cultural and civic needs.

Dallas Zoo: Our world‐class, 106‐acre Dallas Zoo is the largest in Texas and features many rare and endangered species. Don't miss the award‐winning Giants of the Savanna, the only habitat in the U.S. where elephants mingle alongside giraffes, zebra and other African species.
